At Our Lady Of Mount First School, safeguarding our children is a priority. Every child has the right to feel safe, loved and cared for. We will always discuss any concerns we may have with parents should any arise but it is our duty of care to report safeguarding concerns to the appropriate services to support both children and families.
Family Front Door
The Family Front Door is the referral point for all referrals where members of the community and professionals refer children and young people living in Worcestershire where they are worried about their safety and welfare.
If you are worried that a child is suffering, or is likely to suffer, significant harm and needs immediate protection, call the Family Front Door.

Staff are available Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 5.00pm and Fridays from 9.00am to 4.30pm.

Thinkuknow is the educational programme from NCA-CEOP, a UK organisation which protects children both online and offline. Thinkuknow has six website for parents, children and professionals with advice about staying safe when you’re on a phone tablet or computer.
